Familiekokkene 2020 Concorde – NRK Mat – Recipes and inspiration

In the third episode of Familiekokkene, five teams compete to make the best version of the Concorde cake. They will make three cakes of different sizes. Each cake is made with a base of crispy cookies and hazelnuts, topped with a silky and moist chocolate mousse. The chocolate base and mousse must be cooled before icing. He should hold out with only two hours left. The decoration with meringue and macaroons must also be done.

Now there are more participants doing things they have never done before. And maybe you will be inspired to make the same cake. Here is Sverre Sætre’s recipe.

Sverre Sætre is a cook and pastry chef. He won gold at the 2008 Cooking Olympics and became world champion in 2006. He runs a pastry shop in Oslo and has written cookbooks on chocolate and cakes. He becomes a tough judge when it comes to judging the heads of household’s cakes.

The team that best solves the Concorde task continues. The other four must go through another task before a team must leave the competition. Then they have to cook dinner all at once. In 30 minutes, they will prepare the best daily dinner in the world with the ingredients given to them.

You can see the heads of families on NRK1 at 2005 Friday December 11 or on NRK TV.
